| Comment | Cells were treated with thapsigargin (1 AM) for 30 min, and lithium (1 mM) and valproate (0.6 mM) for 1 week. It was shown that treatment with thapsigargin significantly induced cell death, but chronic treatment with lithium and valproate had no effect on cell viability. |
